• Exporting reports (PDFs generated locally)

• Deleting data (complete control)

All data processing happens locally on your device. No information is sent to our servers or any third parties.

We do NOT share your data with anyone automatically because we never have access to your data on our servers.

Your Sharing Choices

You may optionally choose to share using your device's native sharing:

• Share achievement celebrations via social media, messaging, or email
• Export PDF progress reports and share with coaches or family

These are YOUR choices. We do not automatically share anything.

Local Device Security

Since app data is stored locally, security depends largely on your device's measures:

• Device Protection: Data is protected by your device's operating system security features
• Device Lock: Protect with passcode, PIN, or biometric authentication

Junior Kickers Journey is designed for parents to track their children's soccer development (typically ages 6-12). We are committed to protecting children's privacy.

COPPA Compliance

Since our app:

• Does NOT collect any personal information
• Does NOT transmit your app data to our servers
• Does NOT require registration or user accounts
• Does NOT have social features or community interaction

We do NOT collect "personal information" from children as defined by COPPA.

Parental Control

• Parents control ALL data entry
• Parents decide what information to record
• Parents control data viewing and deletion
• Parents decide if/when to share information externally

How Long Data is Stored

Data remains on your device until YOU decide to delete it:

• Individual activities can be deleted anytime
• Player profiles can be edited or deleted
• Media attachments can be removed
• Uninstalling the app deletes all data

How to Delete Your Data

Delete Individual Items: Navigate to the item and use the delete function.

Delete All Data: Uninstall the app from your device.

Because your data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control:

No Need to Request

Since we never have access to your data, you don't need to request data access, correction, deletion, or portability—you already have full control within the app.

📷 Camera Access (Optional)

• Purpose: Take photos/videos directly in the app
• Usage: Only active when you choose to take a photo
• No Background Access: Never accessed without your action
• Opt-Out: You can deny and still use gallery selection

🖼️ Photo Library Access (Optional)

• Purpose: Select existing photos/videos from your gallery
• Usage: We only access media YOU specifically select
• Privacy: Original files remain unchanged in your gallery
• Opt-Out: You can deny and still use the camera

Permissions We DON'T Request

• Location services
• Contacts access
• Microphone access
• Phone call access

Services We DO NOT Use

• Analytics services (Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.)
• Crash reporting services (Crashlytics, Sentry, etc.)
• Advertising networks or trackers
• Cloud storage services
• Social media platforms (direct integration)
• Third-party authentication

Platform Distribution

The app is currently distributed through:

• Apple App Store (iOS): Subject to Apple's privacy policy

The Apple App Store may collect download information according to Apple's own policies. We do not have access to this information. If an Android version is released in the future through Google Play, Google's policies would apply to that store distribution.

CCPA (California)

Since we do not collect, sell, or share personal information, CCPA data rights do not apply—there's no data to access, delete, or opt-out of.

GDPR (European Union)

Since we do not collect or process personal data on our servers, GDPR rights are inherently supported by the app's local-storage design and your direct control over your data.

International Users

Junior Kickers Journey can be used anywhere. Because data is stored locally on your device unless you choose to share or export it:

• No cross-border data transfers
• No data residency concerns
• No regional privacy law concerns

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in legal requirements, new features, or improvements to privacy practices.

How We Notify You

• Updated policy will be posted in the app
• "Last Updated" date will be changed
